I had my first appointment with Erik a few months ago. A few days later I found a nice card welcoming me to the clinic, with a handwritten welcome in my native language! It melted my heart! I also had a question I forgot to ask during the visit and I called the office to leave a message. He called back to answer my question on the same day.

Would not recommend him to treat my dog. He talks down to you and had terrible bedside manner. I felt like I was seeing a robot.
