Outstanding experience!
I have worn glasses since I was a child. Dr. Morrow’s examination is the most thorough that I have ever had. She listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain her findings and her recommendations. Squeaky clean and homey office with a friendly professional staff. Dr. Morrow represents all that was good with medicine before corporate and government takeover.

More of a business than healthcare
I discovered there was an up-charge for a service related to diagnostic equipment. I opted out of it and she became defensive and it became very uncomfortable. I just wanted a update on my prescription for new glasses. She treated me like I was cheap for not wanting the deluxe assortment of services. I also felt pressured to buy glasses from her team from the moment I walked in. Very unprofessional. She seemed more concerned with revenue than trying to understand my needs. Maybe she’s fully booked and doesn’t need new customers.

I cannot explain how great my experience was with Dr. Morrow and the entire staff at Vision Care Specialist! ?i had a corneal abrasion and I was in a lot of pain. They got me right in without delay.
