Dr. Eriks Zusevics, DPT

This is the second time I’ve seen Eriks for treatment: once last year and again for a course of physical therapy that just ended. He has consistently provided exceptional care from initial assessment to well-designed, thoughtful interventions. He shows a genuine interest in every client and has a great ability to develop rapport. His sense of humor keeps sessions light but always therapeutic. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

A couple of weeks before I came here, my left hip started buckling, accompanied by a sharp pain. X-rays were negative, but I was still worried that surgery would eventually be required. Within ten minutes, Dr. Eriks Zusevics diagnosed the issue and filled me with confidence that physical therapy would do the trick. And he was absolutely right! Really, after the first session, I noticed dramatic improvement. And over the next 3 weeks, the combination of targeted massage and exercises brought complete relief. I"m back running again. Eriks knows so much about musculature and joints -- he's the most impressive PT I've ever met. And he's got a wonderful, supportive personality. The whole staff was great, and the facility was top notch. I can't recommend this place more highly.

A very positive experience with Dr. Zusevics. He is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. He explained my injury and the work we were doing in detail. I recently completed a series of treatments with Dr. Zusevics at Athletico in Andersonville. From the beginning, he mixed encouragement with physical challenges. He used body work, stretching, balance and strengthening at our sessions and created an excellent and flexible home regimen so that I could continue improving. He’s very personable and clearly knowledgeable and I recommend him.

I'm 46 and have an old SI and hip injury that I need help with every so often. I've seen many PTs over the years. New to the suburbs, I visited 2 PTs before Eriks was recommended to me. I was starting to lose hope that I'd find a great PT in the area and was thrilled after my first visit with him. He's highly skilled at treating patients. His muscle knowledge is extensive and intuitive. He recommended exercises and stretches that were incredibly effective and new to me. Eriks manual work is also on point. He's easy to work with, energetic, positive, and very motivating. No matter your age or injury/issue, I HIGHLY recommend Eriks as a senior level PT.

My daughter sprained her LCL playing competitive soccer. She was right the middle of season and had important games on the horizon. Dr. Zusevics got right to work in evaluating her and forming a plan for her recovery. He pushed her within her limitations and explained the how and why of the exercises he was having her do. He made it fun and engaging. He also was very accommodating with his schedule and did whatever it took to keep things progressing. I highly recommend Dr. Zusevics at Ivy Rehab.

I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Eriks Zusevics was my physical therapist. He is very knowledgeable and professional. My shoulder is so much better than before the surgery and physical therapy, no pain at all. I highly recommend Eriks Zusevics.

I began working with Dr. Zusevics shortly after I dislocated my right shoulder. He was gentle, helpful, and explained what might happen. After a few weeks, an MRI showed a torn rotator cuff and biceps tendon. Surgery was required. Dr. Zusevics explained the surgical experience and the rehab after surgery very well. I worked with him for several months after surgery. His knowledge of shoulder mechanics is excellent and aided my progression through active use of my right arm.
