I tried scheduling an appointment with Erin based on her online profile. Her areas of interest seemed really promising to me. She didn’t have an opening for a month but I was willing to wait for a good fit. The day of our first appointment she cancelled without explanation. Then wouldn’t reschedule me for another 3 weeks. The day of our appointment almost two months after I tried making it, I missed the google duo call. I called back ten minutes later, was put on hold for five minutes, then told that she wouldn’t speak to me and I would have to reschedule again. Super demoralizing and frustrating experience. I’m sorry that I wasted two months waiting for someone so unprofessional.
