I loved Erin Jacques she was a very kind person and most of all she listens to what you have to say. Without looking at a computer. She wants to understand your illness and wants to make sure whatever your illness is she will do whatever it takes to figure out your illness ??I would highly recommend? Erin Jacques. ???????????????

Ms. Jacques is down to earth and very easy to talk to. See is compassionate and intelligent and listens to my concerns. I read the other poor review above. And in my experience does not describe her at all. She is one of the nicest providers I have ever met. I trust her and recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Horrible FNP, does not fit in at all with the others on the staff. Is rude, loud, and mean. Should never be allowed with geriatric patients unless they have someone accompanying them. Bullies the geriatric patients and will not listen. She is bossy and it has to be done her way or else. Prescribed a medication that my mother had tried before with horrible side effects. Perhaps she is different with younger people. She had my mother in tears when I stopped by after her doctor's appointment.
