Anxiety / panic attacks

Sometime around Sep/Oct of 2019, I contacted Dr. Finney because I needed an independent psych review for a custody court case. I paid cash for her services. She met with me twice, once for the verbal interview portion and another time for the written test portion. Both of those went great. The reason I only give her services 2 stars out of 5, and honestly part of me feels generous for leaving 2, is because the final psychological report she handed me, knowing that I would be submitting this as evidence to the court, contained dozens of typos. That to me, is unacceptable and unprofessional. I couldn't even use her document in court because of all the grammatical typos. I was embarrassed and figured the opposing lawyers would laugh the report out of evidence because it looked like a middle schooler wrote it. I paid 400$ + for a document I couldn't even use. If you didn't have time to do my report you shouldn't have accepted my money.
