I came to see Erin after suffering a heart attack at 32 which left me with horrible anxiety. I felt so comfortable in her office and I was at ease being able to talk to her about my issues. She gave me so many great ideas and tools on how to deal with my anxiety. After my sessions with her I always leave feeling like a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My progress with my anxiety is attributed to her listening to me and giving me great tools. I was so lost with my panic attacks and Erin was able to show me a path and give me tools to combat my anxiety and panic attacks. Even if our sessions go off path from what we originally talking about I still feel great after we are done. Erin is so amazing at what she does, she really has changed my mindset on anxiety and self talk. I feel like I am so much happier using the tools she has taught me. I can not praise her enough. I would highly recommend her.

I started seeing Erin when I was 16 and in a very dark place. I was resistant to counseling and told Erin in my very first appointment. That was more than 7 years ago now, and I can honestly say I would not be where I am today without her. She has gone above and beyond for me countless times. Her wide expertise is tailed to each individual and she takes her clients’ needs and wants into account.
