I was transferred from another local hospital to Orlando Health to have a procedure. Ms. Tierney was the provider I ended up with. The procedure took place and I woke up in a patient room. I was kept overnight against wanting to be returned to the other hospital. Ms. Tierney did not visit with me after to explain to me why my procedure was not completed. I was eventually updated by her the next day when I was in the unit to have th procedure again. This time I waited two and a half hours again.
