Dr. Erin Salter, MD

Erin Salter is literally the worst provider I have ever dealt with. In attempting to get a vasotomy done, I shared concerns and requested to be put under, and she said "we don't do that" She ignored my concerns about when the meds would kick in that was given ahead of time, then gave me the injection for local numbing, and proceeded to start the procedure before I was numb and before the meds kicked in. I did communicate that it wasn't time yet but she ignored and proceeded anyway. She proceeded to clamp one side while I was screaming, and sweating - which later figured out that I was in shock. The nurse is just as bad and said it's just the body's response. Literally the worst provider and she shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine PERIOD. Her license should be taken away. After all this I had to go through this again - this time with a different provider within the same clinic. They agreed to put me under and said that they do it frequently. This had caused trauma that required therapy, meds, to go through the procedure again, and months of depression. I wouldn't trust her to diagnose the most common medical conditions.
