I had an appointment with Erin the day after I called NW Medicine to see an ENT. She was really helpful, explained everything in detail, and gave me tons of information. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted to, and I left the appointment with a good set of notes to refer back to should I need to. The staff was also very nice. Thanks, all!

Awful, no bedside manner.. does not listen or help
I was hesitant to see a PA and I will make sure to never see one again after seeing Erin. She has awful bedside manner and is working with kids. Did not listen nor help and we’re just going to urgent care. Literally didn’t help or address any of our concerns.: my child who loves all of her providers wouldn’t even speak to her..: bad vibes :( all the other docs at this practice are great though. Lesson learned
