Erin provided the most excellent care for me in the ER. She has a down to earth approach and the most agreeable bedside manner. She is both patient and knowledgeable. Despite being very busy, when the splint that had just been put on was causing a little discomfort, having the utmost concern for my wellbeing, she removed the splint and put on an entirely new one. I didn’t get a chance to thank her, but it meant a great deal to me.
