This nurse has participated in the recent Duke movement to tell people over the phone that they have POTS despite her not being qualified to do so--and much less so to tell people this via a phone call. She attempted to tell me that I had POTS as well (over the phone, of course). She also demonstrated poor note-taking skills; after listening to my description of the onset of my headache during physical exertion, she wrote simply "something happened" in my medical notes. The lack of quality hires is clearly contributing to the fact that Duke's CSF Leak program has become a train wreck.
