I had to report her for professional negligence to the nursing board. After going back and forth with her and her staff for over 1 year my son (who has a rare disease) has gotten nowhere in receiving his life altering treatments. Other kids in our area have had this procedure locally, but for some unknown reason my son was denied (insurance gave approval) and she has done nothing to help the situation except smile and laugh when I voiced my concerns as if she is professionally untouchable.
