Very uncaring. I was in level 7 pain and crying in her office and she was very robotic and uncaring. She didn't even acknowledge that I was crying, nor did she say, we will work at trying to making you feel better. She didn't check my back or even do any real examination. It was a waste of time, money and embarrassing that she made me feel stupid for tearing up as I was explaining my pain. Although I do like NY Spine and Wellness, I refuse to have her as my PA.
