I've had lower back pain for 16 years. Got MRI and X-Rays and found out I have a slipped vertebra (L3-5). Went for a follow up appt. Explained when I got my prescription filled (120 pills), they had only half and they'd have the remaining the following Monday. She didn't understand what I was trying to say, then explained it again. Then, since this is pain management. I write down the date, time, how many pills I took and the effect it had on the pain, she didn't understand why I do that
