Telehealth
It was very difficult for me to have a therapeutic relationship with Estella. She lowered dosages of two anxiety and anti-depressant without talking to me about when or how much. I went through horrible withdrawal. Unfortunately I can not have another tele health session with her. I was not given a choice or alternative. Very frightening!
