Is this doctor safe for more vulnerable patients?
After careful consideration I'm convinced a possible bit may have acted out with a shockingly unprofessional 'untrustworthy doctor' persona and a 'nice doctor' to observe how clients react. The session began with an unusually aggressive warning that mentions of harming one's self or others will result in serious immediate action. Naturally many will feel compelled to lie in order to proceed freely. The cranky Dr. Peluso thanked me for being respectful and begrudgingly complained about other patients. I was worried throughout answering deep personal questions, thinking he might shoo me out of his office at any minute if he suspected I was like 'them'. His behavior was so agitated I became more concerned for him than me. I left feeling hopeless about my situation and unsure if I'd endured a theatrical display or an undisciplined temper. I'm now concerned for anyone who could be discouraged or even harmed by treatment like this when trying to seek help.

uncompassionate & angry doctor
From introducing myself, explaining how my trauma occurred & all the way until I left this gentleman's office he was very uncompassionate, angry & verbally aggressive towards me for no reason. Could not even get thru explaining things before he would interrupt & voice his opinion in a demeaning way. When explaining side effects of medicine, discussions with my other doctor & why it was not good for me, he got very visibly agitated. He went on rant about medicine where he sounded like a drug dealer. Belittling & continuously interrupting me while trying to explain my condition & the paths taken to this moment was very unprofessional. His words were so mean that he made me cry several times. Not smart to do to someone who had brain trauma, is having trouble remembering , is already having anxiety & is there to do a mental cognitive test. Just stressed me out & made more anxious. Sure that skews my results as I was mentally conflicted if I was seeing a bad doctor. Horrible experience!!!!

I found Dr. Peluso to be very friendly and very genuine. He listened and then explained what to expect during testing. I was very happy with him and his entire staff.
