Dr. Evans Harrell, PHD

Staff is rude on the phone, the doctor is rude with an ego and short tempered. Cancelled appointment on me when I complained that customer service was subpar. He contacts you after hours on a cell phone. Then if you don’t respond in his time window they cancel and complain when you try to reschedule. They are missing the compassion and understanding to be in this field.

I took my daughter who clearly has a disability in April and cannot get through the process of placing her on services. Trillium is denying her service because he never put the fact that she has Down-syndrome. There were other clinical factors that were missing in his report that caused some issues for my daughter. I am hoping that this can be fixed or I am going to have to go through the whole process again. I am so upset that Trillium is being so picky, but the doctors information is important for the process to be done properly.

Dr. Harrell is a delightful gentleman whom I would recommend to anyone without reservation. My primary suggested I see Dr. Harrell only to review my medications as she was concerned about two that I was taking together. I didn't feel I needed counselling. However after talking with him, I felt I would make my copay just to return and visit with him and I really felt better when I left.
