Ms Morales was determined to discover the source of my recurring symptoms or to get me into the department that was qualified to track them down. She treated my symptoms while she searched for and made a referral to the proper care giver. She asked her staff to followup to make sure I was booked for an appointment. I'm now on track to an appropriate health solution because of Ms Morales's tenacity. Ms Morales understood my questions and gave me clear, practical answers.
