Appointments always felt rushed. After doing a couple months on a new med he said we could try two months. He only gave RX for one. I called to get a refill approved and he wouldn’t approve until I did another appt, I was out of meds! He wouldn’t approve until I did another stupid 3 min video call. Waste of time, just wants your money. Go somewhere else.

I've been struggling for MONTHS to get back on my medication after losing insurance, medical gave me this guy. Phone call lasted a total 2 minutes, didn't listen to anything I had to say and just did not care. At all. He's prescribing me meds that take weeks/months to work and I cant function until thenj, so tell me Fady Boules, how do I find a job, how do I do anything a normal person with a normal brain does? Oh yea, it's not your problem. Worst Psych ever, he really should not be practicing.

The worst doctor, oh I forgot NP I have ever met. Late for every online appt. I still have never met him in person. I timed my appointment last time... he spent an entire 37 seconds on the phone with me. I have told him for months now my medication is not working. He continues to leave me on it. He calls when we have no appointment then does not refill the prescription because it hasn't been long enough because he just spoke to me the week before. Then runs me out of medication. It's been the worst nightmare. On top of it all he is just plain rude. Don't go to this quack....

Dr. Boules was ABSOLUTELY cold, rude and so unprofessional. He barely gave a chance to speak before he abruptly hung up on me. I would not go to him if you're looking to get help. I'm in utter shock at how rudely he treated me. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

BAD! I waited two weeks for an appointment with this jerk who was curt, rude, and unprofessional. He said that he only did "Medication Management" and not therapy. This was my first appointment that was supposed to be in person and he couldn't do that because he had an "emergency" and then was supposed to be by telemed. Said he couldn't do that either, only phone. Save your time and do research and find someone better than this NP who is not a psychiatrist.

I would leave a 0 review if possible. Fady is an arrogant hack of a psychiatrist. I had the misfortune of being referred to him, and I must say it is astounding to me how he ended up in mental health, or healthcare in general. There needs to be a higher barrier to entry when it comes to this discipline if this is what gets through. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
