Dr. Lakhani has worked with me to find the best contacts for me and was patient as I tried out many pairs over a week. She has always been efficient and kind. I have never had an issue with my prescriptions and I have been going to her for YEARS.

Dr. Lakhani wrote my prescription incorrectly. I wore the glasses for 3 weeks suffering daily with headaches only to be assured by her that it takes a while to get used to them. I had the glasses checked and a new eye exam done by another doctor and was informed that my prescription was written incorrectly by Dr. Lakhani. My left eye was blurry (no distance prescription was written when there should have been & my right eye had a distance prescription when there should have been none). When I called Dr Lakhani to let her know what happened and that I was out $70 for another exam, I was not apologized to. I was simply told I could get my $20 co pay reimbursed. She tried to use being short staffed as an excuse. I will never go back to her again.

Very easy going. I visited her around this time last year for an eye exam and I'm looking forward to my yearly exam soon
