Dr. Fariba Bardi, DC

I was receiving treatment from Dr Bardi office since the fall of 2021. Two weeks before the Christmas holiday was my last treatment. Sheryl the nurse or receptionist had not schedule my next 3 appointments as she usually does. I called to the office spoke with Dr Bardi who told me to call back the beginning of the year because she had not gotten payment or authorization from my insurance co. I contacted my insurance co and the representative confirmed that was not true. I called back to the office spoke with Dr Bardi telling her what the insurance co said. She seem very irritated she spoke very rudely to me giving me appt for Jan 2022. I showed up and the office was locked. No explanation no call or anything . Til this day I have not heard from that office. They have not reached out to me at all. So unprofessional and rude. What a way to treat a senior. They start out nice, do what they want then drop you. I would not recommend them to anyone.
