Dr. Nourmand was very through in initial evaluation appointment. We discuss my medical history, spinal stenosis, bugling disc, sciatica pains and piriformis syndrome. I was diagnose with Piriformis Syndrome in 2022. I had received two steroid injection in lower back and two cortisone injection in my buttock area in the pass year. I was referred to physical therapy and the pain still persist. I found Dr. Nourmand on internet, was impress with her medical specialty background. Questions was asked, regarding location of pain and movements that causing pain and intensity of pain. After assessment, I have been receiving electrical stimulation treatment on lower back back and buttocks area along with stretching exercises. After 4 sessions, I felt my pain level came down, more mobility and less stiffness. I start off my days with stretching exercises, able to perform my daily activities with less difficulties and pain. My pain level is tolerable and manageable at this time.
