This doctor completely screwed me. I was a patient and received an eye exam to renew my contact prescription. She administered the eye exam professionally but left me high and dry by leaving that business and not leaving behind any information about my visit. Completely unprofessional. I had to scramble and start the whole process over 2 weeks later.
