Dr. Farzana Virani, OD

Highly recommend Dr. Virani. She is straight to the point, no nonsense, and cares about you. I went in for an eye exam and she was able to treat my chronic migraines with prism glasses. I’ve had migraines for years and nobody has ever recommended these. My migraines have now improved immensely. I am grateful for her knowledge and intuition. Thank you, Dr. Virani!

Dr Virani went above and beyond for my annual eye exam. She noticed I had irritated eyelids and set me up on an easy to follow treatment. My follow up exam was quick and the treatment successfully took care of my condition. She does a thorough exam with the latest greatest equipment.

Went to visit Dr. Virani to take care of an Eye Stye and my issue quickly became her issue in the way she genuinely cared and took good care of me. She went above and beyond anybody expectation. I can only wish to find more Dr. Virani’s when it comes to health & wellness!

Dr. Virani is a very caring and attentive. She treated shingles virus in my eye and I got the best result that I could have ever asked for with her care. She was able to protect my eye tissue and vision as we navigated this complex infection. I have continued to see Dr. Virani and am I confident that I am in great hands. I would literally travel anywhere in Atlanta if she moved offices to stay with her as a provider. I highly recommend visiting her office for eye exams, infections, or any eye related issues.

The fun, of course, is picking out the frames. Dr. Virani is very fashionable herself and spent time going through the frames that look best on me.

Dr. Virani adjusted my last prescription after a good bit of review of the years past ones and after asking great questions on my eyeglass wearing habits. Really made a difference in the strength fo the prescription and the location of the positioning of my progressive line. Truly made a great difference in my day-to-day vision.A caring doctor.

Without a doubt, one of the most effective eye doctors I have ever known and consulted! I originally went to Dr. Virani for "dry eye syndrome" and she recommended a regime of OTC treatments which were not only effective, but also more economical than prescriptions. My "dry eyes" are so much better and don't feel as though there is sand in them! I use AcuSoft to wash them and Refresh Celluvisc every 2 to 4 hours and an eye mask. On my last visit recently I mentioned that my right eyelid was drooping more and more. She gave me a sample box of Upneeq for a 2 week trial. She and I were both amazed at the incredible difference after only a few minutes!! My right eye has been drooping for a very long time, as I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis many years ago and had plastic surgery. The right eyelid has been lower than the left for more than 40 years! However, with the Upneeq drops, my right eye becomes the same size as my left! Talk about a miracle! Thank you, Dr. Virani!!!

Dr. Virani was able to relieve me of my very dry and red eyes. She diligently worked with me until we found the best eye drops that worked. She comes highly recommended by me.

Dr. Virani is fantastic! She is not only a very knowledgable doctor, but also caring and compassionate. I was scheduled for cataract surgery, but did not have anyone that could stay with me at the hospital during my surgery. Dr. Virani cared enough to give me the name of a friend of hers that drove me to my surgery appointment and stayed during the surgery. I am very blessed to have found such a wonderful doctor.

Very professional and caring. The best eye doctor I have ever seen,( no phun intended). She cares about her patients health, spends time and answers all questions. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give her all of them , she definitely deserves them. Your eye group has the best doctor.

I'm so thankful to have found such an attentive doctor! I was freaking out about a bump on my eye lid that was causing a lot of irritation. I had never been to the eye doctor so I was nervous about what to expect but and Dr. Virani made me feel very comfortable. She derermined I had a sty and gave me a prescription but also advised how to take care of my eyes at home to prevent this and other unwanted things like wrinkling. She's great! I've told all my friend and family who need eye care!

I have been suffering from headaches and eye pain my whole life. I have been prescribed various migraine medication for over 20 years. Dr. Virani solved a problem that no other doctor had ever addressed. She tested my muscle alignment and prescribed me prism glasses. My headaches are gone. I wish I had heard and known of this sooner. Dr. Virani said this is a common problem that goes undiagnosed. Im so thankful to her.
