Sometimes you get lucky enough to connect with someone who can make a profound and positive impact on your life. Faye has been my therapist since the pandemic started and has helped me so much! She’s an excellent communicator: active listener, responds with empathy, validation, and warmth. The best thing about Faye is that she is very authentic and I believe she genuinely wants what’s best for her clients - she has never made me feel judged or embarrassed. She creates a really safe environment. For me, specifically, Faye gives me the tools I need to manage stress and create healthy boundaries and expectations for myself and my relationships.

I have been a client with Faye for several years now, Faye has been one of the main reasons I am where I am today. My mental health and my recovery on many important things in my life has never been better, she has always helped me understand or sort through feelings that sometimes get in the way of my progress. Faye also provides sound advice on certain things when we discuss them as to show me the positive or negative of the thoughts I may be having. Faye is always professional and courteous however at times she must take an approach of the “what if”at times which if you know therapy, you must at time sort through every scenario. I appreciate the view from all angles and Faye does this in a way that is ultimately beneficial to who and what means the most to her, her clients well being. I have followed Faye from one practice to another and I am thankful daily I still have her in my life

Faye is a very professional therapist who has been seeing my daughters for several years. She has helped them overcome many obstacles including debilitating anxiety and ADHD. Faye has provided them with tools to overcome and become successful in school, sports and in their social lives. I have sat in several sessions and found her to be attentive. Faye created an environment that allowed my children to feel comfortable and therefore the therapy sessions were extremely effective.

No progress made despite multiple sessions. No plan of action, often forgot things we had already spoken about. It felt like a new session every time we met. Would say strange things in sessions and make odd personal comments. Also very unavailable and unaccommodating. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else
