I had a problem with the specialist PA-C in a different off and i refused to see that healthcare worker as i didnt feel comfortable with the lack of medical knowledge that was displayed continually. I needed an MRI scheduled so i called felicia to order it. She refused leaving a note read by a nurse that stated she couldnt order an mri because it isnt her specialty. Then the nurse let it slip out that she doesnt want to get involoved. I was taken aback by her unethical and potentially damaging to my health behavior. First the blantant strange lie about not being able to order a diagnostic test? She certainly is more than able and permitted to do so.i was blown away with such a crazy and rediculous lie. This and her unethical decison to not order the test were too big of red flags to ignore. If she cannot tell the simple truths thrre is no way i can trust her with my health espesially during a scary unknown problem. She should reevaluate her profession.
