I'm convinced Fiona diagnosed me based on what's on paper before ever entering the exam room. Without skipping a beat she dove into a diagnosis with NO assessment. She insisted on TELLING me how I feel and what my symptoms are. She is literally creating my discharge papers in front of me while I'm insisting she's wrong to assume. Never once did she ask what brought me to make my long awaited appointment. As a fellow nurse, I'm appalled at the bedside manner. I walked out in the first the 8mins!!
