Telehealth
Dr. Flo was very polite and asked a TON of questions about my past. Unfortunately for me, for two sessions she (a) kept me in the past and had me describing all kinds of unpleasant memories, which left me feeling *worse* after each session, (b) didn't give me any good coping mechanisms to deal with the aftermath of activating unpleasant memories, and (c) didn't give me any written exercises despite my requests. Although I understand that not every therapist resonates with written exercises [and I give her a pass on that], making the patient feel *worse* after every visit is quite uncommon in the industry, and it's for that behavior that I'm leaving this bad review. Unless you want to feel worse, I'd recommend against Dr. Flo.
