Forrest Bailey, PA

For 4 years I had seen numerous GI, Internal medicine, and endocrinologists because I had extreme bloating and my body felt like I was being electrocuted and felt like got hit with a baseball bat daily. They all ran tests & ruled out rare metabolic diseases/blood disorders. I even had an endoscopy that showed idiopathic stomach inflammation. On 6/11/22, I drove myself to SIUH South thinking I was having a heart attack. They hooked me up to machines & ran bloodwork, all of which were negative. The PA, Forrest Bailey asked why I was there and were it hurt to touch, and I pointed to my legs & heart then handed him a list of all conditions that were ruled out. He pointed out I had never seen a Rheumatologist and urged that I see one. I said if he just helped to diagnose me I would come back & hug him. Well, my rheumatologist in NJ diagnosed me with lupus. I went back to SIUH but IDK if they passed my thanks you along. I also emailed the hospital directly. I hope that Forrest got my MSG
