Fortunate Munhuntu is not qualified, and she lacks even a minimum of actual compassion for her patients. Our 6 yo child experienced an acute mental health crisis and was prescribed a serious med without a full family / medical history. My child began developing significant behavioral side effects from the meds, and it was then that I realized there was no means to report side effects. Fortunate’s assistant ignored multiple texts/emails over 48 hrs before calling me on the phone to insist that there would be no answering questions between appointments, that “Dr. Munhutu is very busy caring for patients 9-5”. Fortunate then dropped us from care 48 hrs after placing my 6 yo on a psychotropic med. No follow up. No transfer of care. What kind of mental health provider would leave a patient -- a *pediatric* patient -- in this circumstance? Run. Away. And take a second look at her credentials, as she is not actually a "doctor"
