She didn't show up to one of our phone appointments, and during the ones she did show up to, she was clearly not listening to what I had to say, as I'd talk about what I was struggling with, then be met with 5 minutes of silence. She was clearly doing other things, not listening, and during one of the worst periods of time in my life, she made me feel even more unheard and lonelier. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Lack of empathy. Clinical. Moves around, stands up, sits down, pours herself water from a large jug of water while you talk. Does not give full attentio. Very distracted. Unprofessional. Uncaring basically speaks about her process. Results oriented lacking in sentiment. One visit only.

I only met with Dr. He once. The first appointment she arrived 4 minutes late but then had me wait while she got ready. It would have been okay but she took it out of my session time. The second appointment she didn't show up, later calling to apologize.

I am a psychologist, Dr. Frances He, Psy.D. Some of my approaches are similar to CBT and solution-focused therapy. Clients are encouraged to focus on positive aspects of life and build on their strengths. My specialty is to work with adult individual clients with mild symptoms of anxiety or mild symptoms of depression.
