Dr. Broome is great. He gets 5 stars, but I'm not a huge fan of the front office. I've been largely ignored several times as I wait at the front desk with no other patients in front of me. A quick "be with you in a moment" is all I need as they finish up with whatever they are doing. My daughter was in there recently and could hear them talking about her as she walked around trying on new glasses.

The new location is very nice and pleasant. I got a same day appointment with no problem. Dr. Broome is an excellent bedside manner and very nice to talk to. He explains everything like I'm a person, not a number. I will be recommending him and his office to everyone.
