Great Surgeon!
The day I arrived at his office I was treated respectfully by everyone. Wait time was minimal. Dr Francisco Garcia treated me with respect and kindness and he assured me he would fix both of my knees. Thank you for your help.

Excellent Doctor!
Dr. Garcia was excellent. He took the time to really help me with my shoulder pain. I didn't even feel the steroid injection I was given and received a Thera-band kit and detail instructions for physical therapy at home. I appreciate his attentiveness and kind manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor.

The best decision
I have had both of my knees replaced and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Garcia is a brilliant doctor. He took the time to explain every detail. I would use The San Antonio Orthopedic Group for all my orthopedic needs. The best.

Professional and Caring. Very pleased.

Dr. Garcia is awesome!! Very professional .
Like always there is no one better when it comes to giving a trigger point injection. You do not even feel the needle going in. He is the only one that I allow to inject me. He is also a very skilled surgeon.

Disappointed
Walked out of my last visit. I had been waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room. I asked the girls in the front how much longer and they couldn’t tell me. I don’t understand how he runs that late on my appointments cause it’s not the first time this has happen. He spends no more then 10 minutes with me in every visit, so I don’t understand why this is such a problem

Very professional
I have been seeing Dr. Garcia for several years. He is kind, attentive and does not rush the appointment. He did my shoulder replacement two years ago and I now have full ROM. So when I hurt my knee he was the one I wanted to see. I have been to other orthopedic doctors and none can compare to him. He does not pressure you into having surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia for any orthopedic problems.

Dr. Garcia is extremely knowledgeable
Dr. Garcia is extremely knowledgeable in his field of Orthopedics. He doesn’t rush surgery as a first option or only option. I highly recommend him to anyone having spinal isssues.
