Appointment was for psych eval. Dr. Langer was calm, professional, and a good listener; when he gave feedback or prompts he was easy-going, reassuring, well-spoken, and genial, with some understated (appropriate) humor and apt imagery that made me laugh while also appreciating the insight. The result documents were very detailed and explained the testing parameters and significance well, while also providing suggestions for possible treatment paths both for me and the doctors I requested the results be sent to. Highly recommend.

Unhelpful and unproffesional
Frank Langer had the audacity to laugh at me after I explained the thoughts I had as a result of anxiety. This was after 3 sessions of making sure the conversation stayed on anything except what I made appointments to talk about. Outside of the laughing he was mostly polite and professional, but I still can't believe that.
