I have seen him twice. It was the worse experiences I have ever had. He acted like I was stupid and wasted his time. My son also saw him as an adult and he had kidney stones. He told him to drink a beer everyday. He was 20. I cant imagine that was the best he could come up with based on his higher education. We eventually had to see a specialist and he has had to have lithotripsy and he had 100's of stone. I will never see him again.

I thought he was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed update with recent changes. He was on time, thorough, upbeat and professional. The office is a cheerful crew and everyone was prompt and helpful.

Horrible bedside manner. Told him on several visits that I was depressed & didn't want to get out of bed, he never suggested therapy or meds. Finally starting taking 5htp (herbal antidepressant) that I found myself. Asked him if it was ok to take it and his response was "it would be better if you had the coping mechanisms to deal with life." WOW! Super rude and shaming. I went to him with bronchitis & acid reflux and he ordered a stress test. He wouldn't help me at all, just said stress test was normal. Had to figure the bronchitis out by myself.

Took 4 office visits in 4 months of describing back and hip pain before he decided to order an x-ray. X-ray showed a fractured hip. Office was not proactive in helping me find a specialist to take care of issue. My quality of life was deeply affected while taking care of my toddler. This caused great mental anxiety and distress.

The first day I met Franklin was for a physical at 25years old. He found that I had cancer through a very thorough palpitation to the neck. I owe him my health. He is so helpful and patient with me.

After just one appointment, I knew Franklin was the right provider for me ... He REALLY listened to my concerns and helped me set up appointments related to additional treatment and diagnosis. He also encourages a total well being and maintaining long term health. I have been so impressed with Franklin at each appointment.

Awful bedside manner. My mother was a patient of his and I attended appointments with her. He did not listen to her concerns and did not respect what she was saying about her health issues. Because she didn't "comply" with what HE wanted her course of treatment to be he "fired" her from his practice. We were unaware that they had "fired" her until we went to make an appointment for a med refill months later. No notice was given. No return call from office manager after I left multiple messages.

Were it not for the office / front desk staff, this would be a 5 star review. The doctor is hands down the best doc I have ever used. He is basically everything in a doctor I have been looking for (At least for a general family practitioner). I honestly feel like he is concerned about my issues, my health, my well being, even my happiness. The front desk is kind of like the soup-nazi you saw on a Seinfeld episode. Bless their hearts, but if you can get past them, you're golden.

Love this guy! He actually listens to you. With him, you are actually controlling your health. He is just guiding you through the process, helping you achieve the health you want. His staff is nice is really nice. You can talk to him openly and honestly, and work with him to decide how to move toward your health goals. Your appointment will start on time, or slightly before your scheduled time. I never have to wait. It is nice being a working part of health solutions, not herded like cattle.
