Franklin Pinkham, BCBA

I consider my self to be lucky to have had Mr Franklin as my supervisor and mentor. Franklin trained me on skill- based treatment and other ABA interventions that helped me excel in my career and have a better, broader understanding of compassionate care and evidence based interventions. He is very knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. Franklin has always shown commitment to developing others, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

I'm the home manager of an AFC home, I had the pleasure of meeting Frank and working with Frank between June and July of 2023.I'm beyond grateful to have met Franklin Pinkham.I can say without a doubt Frank has helped in so many ways not just with the clients I'm in charge of taking care of, but he has helped me grow into an amazing person to be able to care for our clients and help them live the best lives we can provide for them.Franks journey with my company had ended in January of 24 but if I had any choice in having Frank apart of our team again, I wouldn't even have to think about it.Frank is a loving, compassionate and well-rounded Individual.Frank took the time to explain in detail all of the parts of the behavior plans that he would write, if anyone had questions, he would demonstrate how to carry out each segment of the behavior plan in detail and explain in depth why certain things were important. Where do I begin, we have been through so many BCBA’s with our daughter that I lost count. Each time we would hear that her behavior was too dangerous or she was too old to fully benefit from ABA therapy. We were referred to Frank through a family friend who did interpreting for some of Frank’s other clients. Our experience with him was nothing short of life changing. He focused on the family as a whole and helped my husband and I understand why our daughter behaved the way she did and why it would take a family effort to see long term change. He tought us so many useful strategies that we continue to use today and our now seeing a side of our daughter that we never knew was possible. We are so grateful for the his effort and the efforts of his company to help us through such a difficult time.

We worked with BCBA, Frank P. for less than a year until my son turned 21 and was no longer covered by insurance. I never would have guessed that my son made the gains he did in the short period of time he was treated with Frank and his team . We, as parents, learned workable strategies to eliminate negative behaviors and encourage life skills. Frank often spoke in metaphorical terms in parent training that were meaningful and made sense. Hoping Medicaid extends coverage to 26 years for all kids as ABA does in fact work even for older kids to unlearn behaviors.
