Dr. Frederick Verdonik, PHD

I thrive in academia because of his evaluation. I would not have a business finished 3 academic degrees working on a 4th and writing a thesis without having the knowledge that l gained about myself that he helped me to understand and now focus and learned to overcome difficulties l was having before his evaluation. Thank You from the bottom of my heart.

My 8 year old son was referred by his teacher to have an evaluation. He saw his pediatrician at the end of February, and the referral was made to Dr. Verdonik. After 1 month, Dr. Verdonik never followed up, the pediatrician recommend I call. The first available intake appointment was 4/23. At that appointment, my son met Dr. Verdonik for the only time. Two months passed before his evaluation could be completed at the end of June. He met with an evaluator, not a Dr. Verdonik, and received a diagnosis. We were told to follow up with the pediatrician with the written evaluation in 3 weeks. 1 month passed and still no written evaluation, I was told it would be completed ASAP. 1 more month passed, and the evaluator had not completed the written evaluation. In 6 1/2 months, with only briefly meeting Dr. Verdonik , my son still does not have a written evaluation and Dr. Verdonik and his office have been completely deficient in meeting the needs of my son.

Avoid at all costs. Toxic, liar, arrogant, lacks compassion.

Horrible, he was talking crap about other counselors, he made his mind up from outside sources that were not informed of the facts. He failed to do proper due fact finding, and lied several times. Don’t waste your time with this hack!

Dr.Verdonik makes assumptions based on what he believes vs. what actually is. He worked with my son for 9 days while he was admitted in WCA adolescent mental health ward. In that time he had cps called on us, ordered all visits and phone calls supeevised and never once did he communicate withus during this time. We found out because I could hear someone typing in the background while he was talking to me and questioned it. Mind you I had my son admitted so I was the reason he was there for help.and Dr. Verdonik assumed I was "coaching" him. Then my son was scheduled to be released after 5 days and the good Dr. refused to release him until 9 days of admission and about 4 phobe alls on my behalf to administration. He failed our fam. on a very large scale and I advise you to go to a Dr. that cares and will help ur fam. I have my son and I am glad to be done with this Dr.

Great doctor takes his time to listen to patient.
