Worst experience ever. On initial call she barely asked me any personal questions about my issues, history, etc. all she drilled me about what payment, insurance, co pays, MONEY. But I thought, well, hopefully thats not all she is about. She emailed me about 12 pages worth of documents that needed to be completed. In this day and age you would think she had online forms.But no, they were locked PDF files. I needed to wait to go to my boyfriends to print them out, edit the forms as I didnt have a printer was my computer able to type on the form. I completed them and sent them back to her, and I must have missed a signature on one page. She emails me back asking me to sign the page I missed and send a copy of my insurance card front and back. I had a crazy week at work and just didnt have the time. 2 days later I get a text telling me that she is no longer interested in working with me and good luck! I am glad I found out sooner rather than later that she is unprofessional!

I have been seeing Frona online for 7 months and she has been good support for me. She gives practical advice and reflects on what is going on in my life. During this time I got over some depression. I like Frona because she tells it like it is, she doesn't sugar-coat things but is sometimes "brutally" honest about what she thinks, good or bad, which is a good thing for me.

She was very rude and pushy about payments. There was no therapy involved just time, forms and money. Then she got COVID and accused me of giving it to her. I tested negative and was never sick while she was ICU. She must have had brain fog as I got texts later saying I put her in an adversarial position and she could not be my doctor. I presume the crazy thought I was still responsible for her COVID.

I feel that Ms. Israel helped lead us in the direction that we were both thinking but were not able to communicate properly to each other. She was neutral in her position regarding the two of us, but was interested in hearing both feelings/opinions. I would recommend her.

She made me go through 12 pages of documents, I had to go to UPS to print and scan them, that cost me 10 dollars. After I had some questions about where I need to put a certain number she than emailed me saying she is not interested in me being her client. I wasted 10 dollars. ANd the only thing I did was email for some more help on filling out all the information she wanted. Terrible service, do not go to this doctor.

Frona is understanding and I found her very helpful in providing tools to assist in managing conflict. Working with her is a positive experience. Her suggestions are insightful and her observations helped to clarify the best path forward. Frona is reliable and very accessible which is extremely important in difficult times.

I've been seeing Frona for over 2yrs. She has helped me tremendously with my depression and grief. She is wonderful at her profession. Very compassionate about her job.

She had great reviews and she didn't disappoint. Very understanding, a wealth of experience and personally understands the issues you're going through. Within a few months my wife and I have gone from daily fights and arguing to now listening and understanding each other. We couldn't have done this without her help. I thank Frona for helping us during this hard time and allowing us to have a great relationship for years to come.

Never had Visit as she reached out for my patient forms but openly cc'd myself and another patient exposing my email and potentially personal information to a complete stranger. I cannot seek to have therapy with her nor can I recommend that anyone else sees her as the damage to being outed publicly is just a matter of time because of this behavior that someone could be harmed if any patient information is shared because of that practice.

Understanding - firm, fair, knowledgeable and a great help at the time that I needed it most. Thank you. I would definitely recommend her.

She was very rude and turned me away because she assumed she wouldn't be able to help me. Once I explained to her that the type of therapy I was looking for was something that she could help me with, she told me she just didn't want to work with me. I wish she had been more professional.

Ms. Israel is very professional, helpful,motivating and understanding. She listens and provides resources to help me. Ms. Israel has been a lifesaver and my light at the end of a dark tunnel. I highly recommend her if you are in need of therapy or someone to help with your condition. Ms. Israel, goes above and beyond and her passion for her work shows. She makes me feel like there's hope and it feels comforting knowing someone cares.

Don’t trust these positive reviews! It was the worst 45 min, totally unprofessional, judgmental, rude and all she cared was a payment. Took me a few days to recover from this visit. Never again!

Very professional very nice environment. Frona has helped me a lot in resolving Family issues in two different occasions in multiple sessions that I attended. She was warm attentive and knew when to listen and when to interject. I would recommend her highly. And I already recommended her to a few people.

She is very motivating and passionate about mental health. My experience so far has been amazing not only does she work with my schedule but she helped me design a self care regimen that helped with my mental health and work-life balance.

Nice enviroment in the office. Convenient and flexible scheduling. I went to the doctor for counseling and she helped me narrow down the problem and suggested helpful action plans and followed up. I improved a lot.

I came to see therapist Frona Israel for bereavement counseling as well as for a family crisis I was facing at the same time. She was understanding, a great listener, and she was very helpful in getting me through that particular difficult time. She is very knowledgeable in her specialty and I would highly recommend her.
