Furat Zoma

Furat is a friendly therapist who likes to take an active role in therapy sessions. However, as an introvert, I sometimes felt I didn't have enough control over the session's agenda. I wish I had more time of me just talking freely and being listened to, with him offering insights as needed. But I felt like he always wanted to lead the conversation even when I just needed that space for myself. Secondly, Furat is very responsive to communication via text and is accommodating when scheduling appointments. However, there were occasions when he'd text me the day of our appointment needing to change it from in-person to virtual sessions or give me a half-hour slot instead of a full hour. It was frustrating to get such late notice. Overall, Furat may be a good choice for a therapist if you are looking for life coaching or have general anxiety. But if you find yourself more introverted or having complex mental health issues, I would suggest finding someone else.
