There aren’t enough allowable characters for this text field to fully describe how negligent and embarrassing this provider is to Baystate. Poor attitude. Zero empathy. Negligent with patients care. Will increase medications over the phone without even evaluating or speaking to the patient directly, when the medication was the cause of the increase of symptoms. Arrogant. Belittling. He has made me not ask for help with my condition since. I’d rather suffer then speak to that man ever again and he’s discouraged me from seeing a cardiologist ever again. And that’s just the beginning of my experience.
