My son had a 10 minute call in appointment to determine if he needed to continue further to visit a doctor. He decided not to go forward with an allergy test - the 10 minute consult cost $240. He was not aware he was on the clock for billing. Not very ethical or honest - especially for a college student trying to ask questions.
