Dr. Bolton was clear in her explanation of my condition and the options available to me. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressure to purchase hearing aids which can be expensive. I acquired one of the options Dr. Bolton recommended which corrected my hearing to a degree I did not think possible. I found Dr. Bolton both professional are personable.
