Dr. Gail Brenner, AUD

This woman tried to get me to invest $7000 in an unproven modality. After questioning her, as well as other devices available, she discontinued further discussion with me. Later on I had learned through another AuD that this specific device was no longer being pushed due to it ineffectiveness.Basically, she has the Philadelphia market corned as being the AuD specialist for tinnitus patients. Sadly, it's mostly a scam when one seeks treatment for tinnitus.

Had a problem with one hearing aid (of a pair). Called HTA, was able to make an appointment for the next day. At the appointment, the problem was ably diagnosed and cured in less than 10 minutes, by Dr. Connatser. All was handled professionally, including safety protocols relative to COVID-19.

Excellent quality hearing aids. Just replaced original set after nearly 7 years. Gail is an attentive practitioner who gives you a full measure of her time and skills.
