Gail Dix, MS

This is the most unprofessional therapist I have ever met. My stepson was in day therapy at FCC. She was his lead therapist and was meeting with his mother and stepfather, but never contacted us to meet, even though we have 50/50. We spoke with his social worker asked why we haven't been contacted. When we finally met her she was very hostile toward us, even picking up the phone and calling my husbands exwife and putting her on speaker without our permission during our session. When I asked her if something was wrong and asked why she was treating us this way, she said it was because we complained about her not calling to the social worker. She continued to be very rude to us. Afterwards I called the social worker and told her we wanted a new therapist. Gail called us with in minutes chewing me out for complaining. I called and complained again for being harrassed. AGAIN within minutes she called me back apologizing. Funny the next week she suddenly did not work there anymore.
