NP Gail is always so helpful and friendly. She gets back to me IMMEDIATELY if I call with a question or concern. I have actually been with Gail for 17+ years. I follow her to whatever practice she joins. The GYN is really not my main factor-- she is! I'd follow her to the MOON and back!

I just had my first meeting with Gail Ehlin although I have been a patient in this office for many years. Nurse Ehlin made me feel so comfortable, she was friendly, interesting, shared a great deal of knowledge and I felt she was like a girlfriend with wisdom. Very impressed and am grateful that she is now working in this office. Bravo!!

Had surgery with dr gates the week before and came to her for a post op. I was sick as a dog- body chills, headache fever etc. even had to go to the er the day before. Instead of helping me figure out what the problem was (subsequently I found out it was an infection from the catheter that spread to rhe bloodstream) she didn't bother to look at the er paperwork I gave her and told me to make sure whatever Doctor j saw didn't pass the buck back to her office. What kind of empathy is that?
