Drs. Grau and Grau are both very good providers and over the course of 17 years I have no complaints with either of them. However, the older front desk woman who has worked there for as long as I've been going there has always had an attitude and been rude. After the last visit, I can no longer go there and be treated rudely. I will no longer take my family there.
