Dr, Gang Shi, L.A.c has been treating me for almost 4 years, and I highly recommend his practice. I came to Dr.  Shi with the worst-case scenario involving conditions that affected every organ in my body, including a serious back condition and macular degeneration. I suffered from organ failure and was hospitalized for three months in an ICU on dialysis twenty-four hours a day. Things were dire. The Western doctors I saw and some I still see, treat and have treated my symptoms but without much progress. Dr. Shi saw my challenge, but that didn’t deter him from treating me. He designed a brilliant treatment plan to address my whole body system. His acute awareness, insight, and years of experience culminated in his masterful application. He cautioned me that this would take some work, my system was quite damaged and compromised. The resulting improvement in my health is miraculous!

I've been a patient of Dr. Shi for about 3 years & I think he is a good doctor but I wish I didn't feel uncomfortable being in his office because he has about 3 chinese speaking female massagists who don't speak much english at all & they sit around on their phone, gossiping in their own language nonstop. And right around at the beginning & end of my treatments I've tried to request for Dr. Shi's presence for getting my question(s) answered or having my acupunture needles removed by him & to be honest I didn't appreciate the obnoxious glares & eye rolling I was met with time after the time by these female massagists who don't understand what I am asking for from them. When the entire office starts speaking chinese it makes me feel like they are speaking behind my back the minute I would like to speak to Dr. Shi. I really wish he would place english speaking staff in his office so we don't keep having "misunderstandings" when I have questions/concerns that need answering.

I went To Dr Shi for various issues and had many sessions over two years. My symptoms actually got worse. I stopped going and I am feeling much better. I unfortunately did not have a positive experience.

Sciatica pain was unbearable.I couldn't even stand for 1 minute at a time. I tried a Chiropractor, 3 epidural, physical therapy. Nothing worked. I was almost considering surgery. I went to Dr. Shi and I HAVE NO MORE PAIN. It took several visits but the pain is all done. I would and have recommended him several times.
