Garrett Soames was the PA on duty at urgent care. He spent about 5 minutes with me, during which fewer than 100 words were exchanged. He walked out without mentioning a diagnosis. The nurses who came in to give me injections had to explain what was going on. He was terrible. The bill? $385.
