The Best
Dr. Gallagher is always cheerful and laughs easily, however when I had a problem in one eye, he took it very seriously and worked hard to help me. Also, Koy is the one who helped me choose my new glasses and she was marvelous! She really cared that everything worked well for my particular needs.
